1. We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

2. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

3. Free Shipping In India.

If you believe that the products is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our customer care at  mail us at support@daabujaipur.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 Refused shipments:

When a customer decides to refuses any shipment from daabujaipur.com, then he/she would be accountable for the original shipping charges that are incurred on the package (on both the or shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Daabujaipur.com
 

Duties And Taxes

All of Daabujaipur.com orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Jaipur, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of International shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will levy. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. Daabujaipur.com takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
 

Sizing

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
 

Product Properties And Wash Care

All of Daabu products are handcrafted. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products invoice crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect handloom by definition means uncertainly when it comes it uniformity.
 

Colours

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colors together and dry inside out in the shade.
