You can raise a return request within 15 days of delivery by emailing support@daabujaipur.com. Once the item is received at our warehouse and passes a quality check, a full refund is issued to your original payment method. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, please report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Certain items are not eligible for returns — including bridal wear, customised products, pre-stitched sarees, items with stitched blouses, and sale items (unless there is a manufacturing defect). Do not ship any item back without first receiving a Return Accepted confirmation from our team.
Yes — for non-ready-to-ship products only, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement. Email support@daabujaipur.com or cancel via My Account. Orders placed during a sale are not eligible for cancellation. Approved cancellations are resolved as store credit or a coupon code.
